Shipping Rates
In-Situ offers a tiered shipping program through Federal Express for domestic sales orders. Rates are in effect as of June 1, 2022* All rates are stated in U.S. Dollars.
The rates below are for the United States only. Contact customer service for other shipment methods and destinations.
Rates do not apply for rental orders or product RMAs.

Handling Fee: Federal Express is In-Situ’s preferred shipping service. The handling fee applies to orders using a non-preferred shipping service and covers packaging and handling.
Hazardous Materials: The Hazardous Materials fee is charged per shipment that requires Dangerous Goods or Hazmat certification for shipping.
Freight Shipments: Freight shipments for heavy or bulky items will be quoted on a per shipment basis based on the items and delivery location.
Rentals and Service Orders: The above rates DO NOT apply to rental or service orders
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We do not currently ship products ordered from the online store internationally. Contact a sales representative to order products for international shipment. Shipping rates vary by country. This includes United States territories.
